Country 19

I wish I could poop.

1 Women's One-A-Day multi-vitain
1 500mg Sunkist Vitamin C tablet


72 oz and counting! Whohoo! Figured it might help me crap. Doubt it. I'm not that lucky.
I had some stuff I wanted to do today inlcude cleaning and walking to the store to get stamps, but I wasn't feeling very good (on account of not being able to shit), so I watched Heroes all day. Season 1. Man. I remember now. I remember when that show was good.


11:00am
1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1g

*note* Did the Gilad workout today. Didn't need to take a rest, but I can feel myself getting used to the workout, so I may have to ditch it in a bit. My shake today was disgusting, another reason why I wasn't feeling good. I honestly thought I was going to puke it up.


2:10pm
1 chicken breast - 0g
1 cup green beans - 6g
1 tbsp soy sauce - 1g

*note* This is such a yummy meal. If the beans weren't so high, I could do this every damn day.


6:00pm
3/4 cup of egg beaters - 0g
2 slices turkey bacon - 1g
2 pinches dried chives - 0g
Garlic and Onion powder - ?0
2 sprinklings of pepper - 0g
2 [large] pinches of cheese - 1g

*note* I never really want eggs, but once I put cheese in them, they're quite good. I've been hungry all day and nothing seems to help.


Been snacking. A Baby Bel (0g) and cashews (3g per 1/4 cup). Man those cashews are good when you're hungry, but they're deadly.


9:00pm
Lime Jell-o - 0g


Catching up on Supernatural this evening. Finally Dave and I can catch up on THIS season, and watch them THursday nights regularly. We're only one behind in Big Bang Theory which is good.


In light of nearing the end of this diet, I composed a list of foods that I have been craving and would like to eat when I'm done.
In no particlaur order really, but my favourites are on top

1. Avacado sushi rolls
2. Pizza
3. Cookies
4. Corn
5. Nachos from Paddy McSwiggins
6. Mark Vacarro's Chicken Marsala
7. Strawberries
8. Regular Pepsi and Mountain Dew
9. Milk
10. Chinese food
11. Chocolate
12. Cereal


Might have a shake later. We'll see how desperate I am. Or maybe some cheese.
