Day 11

Weight (bathroom scale): 147.8 lbs

1 500g SUnkist Vitamin C tablet


I really didn't do anything today. I meant to; actually deliberated with myself, but decided against it. I didn't mean to sleep that late either. I had a dream and I woke up, and it was so odd. I had a dream that I just did NOT understand.
54 oz of water today.


12:00pm
1 scoop choco-strawberry protein powder - 3g
1 scoop Chia Pro - 4g

*note* Almost done with this Frankenstein mix; hopefully only one scoop left. Then about two or three more of the Chia Pro.


3:15pm
1 chicken breast - 0g
1 Tablespoon of Dave's Parm/Cream Cheese/Nut crust mix - 2g

*note* Yum. Not. I need veggies dammit.


6:45pm
1/2 steak - 0g
1 strip bacon - 0.33 (1/3)g
2 tbsp Dave's parm/cream cheese/nut crust mix - 4g
1 diet soda - 0g

*note* That strip of bacon was a third of a gram of carbs. Glad that mixture is gone. Too many carbs and it makes me thirsty for milk.


9:45pm
1 vanilla Atkins Advantage shake - 2g


I'm walking tomorrow if it kills me.


Until tomorrow...thank god I'm not Catholic because the no meat on Fridays would kill me,
