Weight (Wii Fit): 149 lbs
Weight (bathroom scale): 145.2 lbs
1 Women's One-a-Day multi-vitamins
1 500mg Sunkist Vitamin C tablet
54 oz of water. In fact, just about every day us 54 oz of water. I tend to be forgetting to note my water intake, so standing order: if I don't notate it, just assume 54 oz.
Woke up to another dream I didn't understand. I had to finish it in my head when I woke up.
12:00pm
2 slices fried ham - 1g
*note* I fried the ham in canola oil (og). I was so hungry this morning, but I didn't want eggs. I'm so sick of eggs. And meat. I'd kill for a strawberry.
3:30pm
1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1g
*note* I worked out today! More on that later.
6:30pm
1.5 chicken breasts - 0g
Broccoli and green beans - 7g
Soy sauce - 1g
Garlic powder - 0g
*note* Dave made dinner, but it didn't work out the first time, so just added garlic powder and soy sauce to the veggies and chicken and heated it up. It was a LOT of chicken, so I didn't eat it all. I can have it for lunch tomorrow. I made up the numbers for the greens as I have NO idea how much of what was made, or how much I ingested.
11:45pm
1 vanilla Atkins Advantage - 2g
So, I walked to the store today to get my dad a birthday card, so I got a little exercise doing that. Then, I went to do an exercise video that Dave had downloaded for me, only I couldn't find it (turns out I needed to reset Glitch. Oops!). So I put in the Gilad (YES GILAD!!) DVD that my mom sent out with me. It's for beginners, and I really liked it. It's a warm-up, three sets of cardio, two sets of sculpting and cool down. Unfortunately, I was pretty winded after the cardio plus I kinda ran out of time. I'm hoping to get up at a "decent" hour tomorrow and do it then. But yeah. Good on me. I had a headache afterword, so I must have to drink a bit more water.
Until tomorrow...countdown until Thanksgiving!
