Day 14, Part II

I can't believe it's two weeks tomorrow. I sure don't have much to show for it, which is unfortunate. OH well.


Weight (Wii Fit): 150 lbs
Weight (bathroom scale): 146.2 lbs


1 Women's One-A-Day Multi-vitamins
1 500mg Sunkist Vitamin C tablet


12:40pm
3/4 cup egg beaters - 0g
2 strips turkey bacon - 1g
4 sprinklings of pepper - 0g
Pinch of texmex cheese - 1g
Dash of salt seasoning - ?0

*note* Yeah, got up WAAY late. I probably would have gotten up earlier, but it was so damn cold I didn't want to get out of bed. It's so damn cold here, but I don't want to turn on the heat. Our winter heating bills were so mind boggling last year...we just won't be able to afford it (Rumour has it we're supposed to have snow by Wednesday. Course the weathermen here are fucking idiots. Their idea of snow and flurries are completely ass backwords). Eggs tasted good. Cheese and salt season really helped.


4:15pm
1 scoop chocolate fudge protein powder - 1g

*note* Dave and I went to health place in the mall and picked up a small jar of chocolate protein powder. It's low in cholesterol which is good, and even lower in carbohydrates, which is better.



7:45pm
2 slices of meatloaf - 6g
Cheese - 1g
Bacon - 1g
1 Baby bel - 0g
1 Diet soda - 0g


I have a headache and a sore throat. I hope I'm not getting sick. If I DO get sick, I don't want a stupid cold. I want the flu!!

Dave is converting some workout videos for me. They are ipod videos that he's converting so I can watch them on the XBox. I sure would like to know how people can work out and follow along on something the size of a book of matches. That seems assanine to me.


Head is heavy. Need to lay down.
