Day 10, Part II

So Dave and I decided to extend my birthday through today.
I know. Another cheat day, and we feel extremely guilty about it. See the thing is, though, we got that cake from the other night, but we didn't eat it last night. So what were we supposed to do?
So, we went to Subway for dinner. I got a 6-inch turkey and ham double meat on wheat. I got lettuce, black olives, a little red onion and a bit of sweet onion sauce. And you know how you're eating a sub and you get to a bit that's just bread? Well, when that happened, or when it was bread and a little lettuce say, I'd just rip the bread off. By the end of my meal, I tore up and threw out about a fourth of my bread.
So there.
Then I had a slice of pistachio cake with a cup of milk. (50+g altogether?)

Am I going to hell for this?


Weight (Wii Fit): 150pbs
Weight (bathroom scale): 146.4lbs

Wii Fit wished me a Happy Birthday yesterday. Did I mention that? It was very sweet. Wore a party hat and everything.

Had my usual vitamins today. I double checked to make sure I actually took them all. ;)


11:30am
1 scoop chocostrawberry protein powder - 3g
1 scoop Chia Pro - 4g

*note* I noticed I'm forgetting to put how much water. Just assume what I stated early on in my blog posts.


2:30pm
1 chicken breast - og
1 tbsp cream cheese - 1g

*note* I love cream cheese. Just thought I'd throw it out there.


At again, as I said, around six. Had a diet soda (0g) with Subway. Milk with cake.
Haven't eaten since. Mostly out of guilt. I'm not hungry, but I want to some flavour in my mouth. Did you know gum has carbs? Fucking sugar carbs. 72 oz. of water today!

I think some time this week I'm going to try doing a complete liquid day. Maybe Friday?
