54 oz of water. Barely. I'm getting sick of water. I should drink way more. In fact, I may just fill my bottle and choke down some more. I mean christ. I haven't pooped in I don't know how many days. I know that's normal on a no carb diet, but still. All that dietary fiber in the meat? I should be pooping.
Just sucked down another 18 oz. Puke.

*note* had my shake after my workout today. Did the Gilad one, which I like. The cardio is really good, but it's easy. Don't get me wrong, some of the moves I get wrong, but usual by the end, I'm better at it. I don't do the toning though. Honestly, I'll worry about toning later. Right now, let's burn some fat. Plus, I like the way Gilad says "Buttocks." I like that he SAYS "Buttocks."

*note* Ham is gone. Yay. No walking today. Too fucking cold. Oh yeah, it snowed. Yeah. This afternoon it was flurries, but around nine this evening it was full on snow. That cold icey pelty stuff.

*note* Oh my god I love brick cheese! It's SOOOO yummy. I played my new Prince of Persia: Sands of Time game. and by new I mean fucking acient, but new to me because now I own a copy. It's one of my all time favourite games. Unfortunately, I need a memory card. but whatever. Point is, the first time I played the game, I would be up late easting crackers and drinking Mountain Dew. I wanted that SOOOO bad today!! :(

*note* I'm actually sick of these shakes. And I've been snacking on the cashwes, so I have to be honest here.
Dave's having a real hard time with this diet. He's not feeling good, which is not good. I've been lucky, where I haven't yet gotten sick (knock on wood), but Dave's been fighting a bug for over a week now. If he breaks it...I'll be glad. Because then he'll get proper nutrients in his system. it's not cheating and it's not quitting. It's being concerned with one's health. And Monday won't come quick enough.
Until tomorrow...who's cooking the turkey?

Ah, the luxury of it all.
ReplyDeleteActually, there's NO fiber in meat whatsoever. On Atkins, about the only fiber I got was in my two cups of leafy veggies per day.
So I took to slugging down a thick glass of metamucil every day with my vitamins. It helps.

I tried taking a medamucil pill thinking it might get stuff flowing, but to no avail. I think the bottle says I shouldn't take it every day as well. Or maybe that was the Docolax. Hmm, beats me.
