Day 2

Weight (Wii Fit): 155 lbs.

YAY!


Sorry about not posting about my day yesterday. I wanted to do that last night, but I had a headache that turned into a migraine in the span of an hour...DURING THE HEROES SEASON PREMIERE NO LESS! Now, how the hell am I supposed to enjoy Zachary Quinto with a migraine? I ask you.
Speaking of Heroes and sexiness, so I started watching, and some Irish guy who looks like he's from The Cure is rattling on, and they pan over to the other characters, and then they WAIT WAIT WAIT, GO BACK! Was that..? It was! That's fucking SNAKE EYES man!
Cut to me punching the air. So...Darth Maul has joined Heroes. I am stoked dude! Then again, his character's ability is...well, not that great. He moves fast. "So basically," said Dave, "Ray Park is playing himself."
Pretty much hon. Pretty much.

But on to why we're all really here. How did my day go yesterday? Pretty crummy. It started out okay. When I woke up I had a Women's One-A-Day Multivitamin and a 500mg Sunkist vitamin C tablet. I sucked all that back with a lot of water. In fact I ended up drinking 54 oz of water throughout the day, which for me is a fucking miracle. The rest of my meals are broken up like so:

11:ooam
2 slices turkey bacon - 2g (all of these will be grams of carbohydrate(s))
1/2 cup egg beaters - 0g
Cooking spray - 0g
2 pinches dried chives - 0g
2 sprinklings of pepper - 0g

*note* Eggs were kinda disgusting. Need a pinch of salt. Also use more spray as I lost a lot of valuable egg to sticking.


2:00pm
1 scoop strawberry protein powder - 3g
1 sprinkling Chia Pro - 0g
1 cup or so of water - 0g

*note* Protein powder is low in carbs, but high in protein. Unfortunately it's VERY high in cholesterol. Dave says he's found one that is lower, but I need to use this stuff up first. Also, chia pro is a fiber supplement which a higher fiber content than...fiber. Also, yes, it is the seed of that stuff you grow Chia Pets with.


4:20pm
1 cup baby spinich - 1g
1/2 tbsp maple balsamic dressing - 2g

*note* At this point in the day I was absolutely dying. Dave suggested some nuts or cold cuts for a snack. The nuts would have been fine but were in a higher carb range than I wanted. It was still low, but the goal is ten a day. This would have put me over. And raw cold cuts? No thanks.


5:00pm
1 cup broccoli - 5g
1 chicken breast - 0g
2 tsp butter - 0g
3 sprinklings of pepper - 0g


6:00pm
1 chicken breast

*note* I took a nap after my supper. I wasn't tired, but I was starting to get a headache. When I woke up, it was six, and I was still hungry. So I cheated a bit.


And that's the last time I ate! At 7:00pm, Heroes was on and right after that I went to bed.


Now, for excersie. (Ha) I want to walk twice a day. Don't know if that will happen. Dave downloaded the P90 system for me, (the lightest of the systems...you might have heard of P90X) but I don't want to do anything too physical my first week.

I started wearing a pedometer at 11:20am, and took it off about halfway through Heroes, so...8:00pm. 6744 steps apparently, although this thing isn't that reliable. It not only measure steps, but counts them when you sit down and stand up as well.
I walked to the store today to buy a mophead and other things, but they didn't have my kind. WTF? So I got Clorox wipes and cotton balls. Awesome.

I did laundry and ruined one of Dave's new polos. I've been doing laundry for years. Why do I suck at it?
Finished reading Hush.
So yeah. That was my day.

Fun.
Hopefully today will be better.
