Jesus Christ, has it been four weeks yet? This is worse than waiting for the end of term.

Okay bathroom scale, you and I need to have a little chat. Just because you give me a lower weight, doesn't mean you can...lie.
Started the say with my usual consumption of my multi-vitamin and Vitamin C tablet.
Started my pedometer at 10:30am. 11704 steps! WHOOHOO!!
I'm still REALLY weak in the morning. Like, showering is a work out in itself. Every morning I feel like I'm recovering from the flu. My legs shake and I literally get out of breath.

1 chocolate Atkins Advantage shake - 4g
*note* Today I decided to do some major walking. I needed to go downtown to Walmart for some cleaning supplies anyway, so I took the bus downtown and walked to Walmart, did my shopping, and then returned to City Hall. I stopped up to visit Dave and had my shake there. He is still very tired and sore, but he was in better spirits when he got home, so that's good. Anyway, Instead of using the elevator to visit Dave, I used the stairs. Dave works on the sixth floor, and I made it about three and a half before I needed a break. How sad. It was my intention to also walk to the library, but I knew there was NO way I would be able to do all that. But I'm okay with it; another day. Besides, I'm happy with my step count.
Meal related info, I'm not happy with the chocolate shake being twice as many carbs as the vanilla. Still...tastes a shit-load better than the other shakes.

*note* tonight I FINALLY cleaned the floors. I did buy a mophead (that fits), but I only used the mop in the kitchen and bathrooms. Otherwise I used the "steam" cleaner that Dave bought. It's pretty cool. I wouldn't say it's faster, but I don't have to bend over a ring out the mop every minute, plus the floor just FEELs cleaner.

Choked down 72 oz of water.
Well, it's almost midnight and I would like to play some X-Box!
Until tomorrow...do you know how many carbs are in that beer?
