Day 7, Part 2

Weight(Wii Fit): just over 151 lbs.
Weight(bathroom scale): 147.8 lbs.

Grrrr. I want to weigh less dammit! It's been a week! I should be WAY below this.
Oh well. Let's just get to the meals and get the hell out of here.

Usual vitamins. Blah blah blah


1:45pm
3/4 cup egg beaters - 0g
1/4 cup cheese - 2g
Mushrooms - 1g?
Garlic powder - ?g
3 sprinklings of pepper - 0g
2 strips turkey bacon - 1g

*note* Dave made brunch today, so I don't know exactly what the official measurements are. All I know is it made one hell of an omelet. I didn't even need the bacon. That thing was HUGE. And I didn't need salt either; it was so yummy!

Had a diet soda and a Baby bel at some point today. Each at no carbs.


5:00pm
Beef ajouce - 3g
Cheese - 1g

*note* Finished off the beef and the shredded cheese. I was SO not hungry.



8:20pm
1 chocolate Atkins Advantage shakes - 4g

*note* Once again, I wasn't hungry. Dave's like, "Oh, it's time to eat again." Thank god for shakes man. They're perfect for when you have to eat and aren't hungry. And they're SO damn good!


11:45pm
1 scoop chocolate protein powder - 3g

Throughout the night I had some cheese and a marangue cookie. That latter is 0.5g.
Our group finished off the last of the sausage and crackers, thank god. It was hard to watch them eat the crackers, especially my favourite ones. BUT! They're out of the house.


In other news, I've decided to cheat on my birthday. BUT, I'm going to be smart about it. If we go out, I'm not going to go all out and gorge. Maybe a cheater salad, or a glass of wine or aomething. And I asked the hostess from last night if she could save some of last night's cake for us, and she said she would.

54 oz of water today.
Have a headache.
