Weight: (bathroom scale): 148.0 lbs
Had a bit of a break-down today. I'm not seeing the results I want and it's REALLY disheartening and discouraging. It's been a week today since I started this diet and the best I could do is four pounds? I'm not looking to be skinny or pretty. I'd settle to get back to 140 lbs. That's a normal sized me.
Emotionally, everything hurt today.
And with that in mind, on with the boring news:
Usual multi-vitamin and Vitamin C tablet.

Steak medallion wrapped in bacon
Crust consisting of parmesan cheese, cream cheese and crushed cashews
Steamed broccoli and mushrooms
*note* Dave made dinner this evening and it was fucking amazing. Only thing is, once again, I don't know the measurements. 1 tablespoon of cream cheese is 1 gram of carbs, and there was a lot more than that in the crust mixture. I think I'm going to call this whole meal at 12 g.

Heroes was good, by the way. Sylar was his usually pesky self; up to his old scruffy tricks (emphasize scruffy there). And that new carny guy cleans up pretty damn well. I like the inclusion of the deaf girl, but I really don't know how her power is going to help save the world. I'm sure Peter will end up banging her, so whatever I suppose.
Had a diet coke today too.
Ugh. Really don't give a shit. Sorry kids. Good night.
