Day 1

Okay, so here are yesterday's stats (try not to pass out from shock):

Height: 5'2''
Weight: 156 lbs (According to Wii Fit, so take with a grain of salt....mmm...salt)
Bust: 40 in.
Stomach: 38 in.
Hips: 42 in.

And if that weren't enough humiliation, get a load of these!!:


So, as you can see, I have a preggers pudge there, not to mention the horrible posture, which doesn't help. Unfortunately, only a chiropractor named Bane is gonna solve that one.

So there you go.







Now, ideally, I'd like to walk twice a day. I was doing walking in the morning before, but today didn't work out so well. I really did not sleep well last night, so by the time I got up, the last thing I wanted to do was walk. BUT! I do need to go to the store for a few things, including a mop head, so I'll do my walk then.

I'll post more about walking times and eating habits later in the day.

  1. I'll be curious to follow your progress.

    I've followed the same course over the years as you are experiencing, except that nobody asks a guy when they're "due." I've tried all manner of things, including the no-carb thing. I found good success while I was on it, but I pretty soon found myself unwilling to live without carbs. The weight came back instantaneously--as soon as I even THOUGHT about eating carbs.

    Lately it's been Weight Watchers. Well, lately it's been eat whatever the hell I want. But it WAS, and will again be, Weight Watchers.

  2. LOL! Thanks a lot Bil! And no, I've never once suspected you were pregnant.

    I know that the no-carb is a quick (albiet painful) fix, but I'm hoping once I loose some weight, then I can go on a healthy balanced diet, including carbs. I'm also hoping to implement an exercise routine as well to keep from gaining all that weight back.
