Day 3

Weight (Wii Fit): 152 lbs.

I feel like I was ran over with a steam roller.
I didn't sleep very well last night. Might have been because I was STARVING, and finally at 1:30 in the morning I had to get up. I had some Jell-O. I think it's carb free, but I'll have to check.
I had a hard time standing in the shower this morning.

I wanted to clean the floor today for my exercise (instead of walking), but I don't know if I'll get to that today. Cleaning the floors is a multi-step process. First, moving the furniture, then sweeping, then vacuuming, then actually moping, and then having to move all the furniture back.
Dave bought a steam cleaner, but I could have sworn I heard him say the solution was expensive, so maybe that will be a once-a-month thing.

Oi. I just feel DEAD today.

Cheers.

  1. To kill time you might take a gander at Robert Atkins's book. The basic principles of high fat / high protein / low carbs are found in a number of plans, but I recall his as being clear and giving good explanations of what all this accomplishes (and how to cope with the crashes and so on).

My favorite snack (which is definitely NOT suitable for non-atkins applications) is chicken breast and Hellman's mayo wrapped in slices of provolone! Some carbs, but not so much, and it feels like a sandwich. I came to crave those babies.

Your weight drops, tho! I envy this...
